CAS Family Governance & Family Office Excellence

The program is designed for professionals, executives and family members of family businesses and wealthy families. This part-time university program provides an in-depth understanding of the four key areas of governance relevant to family enterprises and wealthy families: Family, Ownership, Business and Wealth Governance. Core topics include family constitutions, ownership strategies and structures, legal frameworks and succession planning (including shareholders’ agreements and inheritance agreements), family dynamics and communication, taxation, boards of directors, leadership succession, business valuation, exit strategies (including IPOs and sales), wealth structuring and family offices, real estate, philanthropy and art.
