and leading successful companies such as eAccess Ltd., EMOBILE Ltd., and DDI Corporation. With over 30 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in developing Japan‘s telecommunications infrastructure and has held esteemed positions as a professor at Keio University and visiting professor at renowned universities. Dr. Semmoto‘s expertise, recognized by his IEEE Fellow status, extends to
high-technology management, where he has made significant contributions. Currently serving as Chairman of various organizations, he continues to drive innovation at the intersection of IT sector entrepreneurship, telecommunications technology, and security.
