How can government structures survive war and extreme crises? In her talk, Nataliia Aliushyna will show how Ukraine has managed to keep government institutions and critical infrastructure functioning under immense pressure. She will highlight the vital role of social institutions and the importance of international cooperation, especially with Switzerland. The presentation offers valuable insights for professionals in governance, public administration, risk management, and crisis response. Most importantly, she will share first-hand experiences on restoring infrastructure after disasters and approaches to conflict resolution at different levels.
